Congressman Smith shares his one minute speech honoring Mr. Albert Allen of Lakewood, who served with the Montford Point Marines. The Montford Point Marines were the first African-Americans to enter the United States Marine Corps from 1942 to 1949 at Montford Point Camp, New River, NC.
