2026 Congressional Art Competition is Here!
Every year, Members of Congress sponsor a nationwide arts competition for high school students. The Congressional Art Competition is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the artistic talent in the nation, as well as in our congressional district. Over the past 44 years, over 10,000 pieces of art have been exhibited in the U.S. Capitol.

While I can assist you in bringing your case to the attention of the proper officials and guide you through the process, I cannot direct an agency to decide a matter in your favor. The agency must make its decision within the framework of the law and existing rules and regulations.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Candidates should have an interest in the legislative process, civic service, possess excellent writing and communication skills, work well in a team environment, and have a general understanding of the United States political system.
We offer both part-time and full-time internships but require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Our office hosts both paid and unpaid internships. For paid positions, we offer monthly stipends of up to $2600/month, depending on hours worked and the availability of office funds, for part-time and full-time interns.
